"Visually Engaging Your Spirit, Mind, and Body"

Everyone has Talent

Everyone has talent, some are more noticeable like singing, painting or designing. But whatever your talent is it lies deep within and if you look inside you will find yours. Before I opened my Etsy shop I doubted my talent and if I could really start this business. I overcame some obstacles and gave it some time before I opened but it worked out for me. Just like it worked for me it can work for you too! Ask yourself, what do I like to do most and can I make this a business? Open your mind up to new ideas and tweak the old ones. Maybe there is another way of doing what you love or incorporating what you love into your business. No matter what your passion is just do it but plan. Planning is everything and make sure you do a business plan too, it helps.  Explore your creative side and find the talent that lies within.

SEO – SOCIAL MEDIA STRESS

I now understand why famous people have people to mange their social media sites, it’s hard work. I have so much to do it is just difficult to keep up. I’m going to come up with a plan where I only work on the social media on certain days. I tried to say I would only do 1 or 2 hours but that didin’t work. I look at the clock and realized that 5 hours had passed by. I’m , following, liking, photos, teams, and all those other things and I haven’t concentrated on my Flker or WordPress.

I’m a newbie so if you are like me and want to connect with people, take this advice from me, don’t over due it. Pace yourself and do a little over time. Sometimes you won’t be able to respond to people right away, that’s just how it is.

My new shop

Like many new sellers on Etsy, I am itching for my first sale. The anticipation is making me nervous. Thanks to Sarah in Canada who found some error on my page I was able to make those changes in Etsy. There are some great people on Etsy, some real team players. She also has beautiful paintings in her Etsy shop too.
